Returns

No returns accepted without prior approval. Please contact Customer Service at 217-398-9090 for authorization.

Eligibility Period: Not before 3 months or after 12 months from shipping date.

Credit Allowed: Full credit (except for shipping/handling) for items returned with invoice information. Books must be in salable condition.

Damaged Books: Damages must be reported within two weeks of receipt of shipment.
